Initial migrate to androidx navigation (#647)

* Neutralize scene firstly

* Remove StageLayout

* Rename .java to .kt

* Convert BaseScene to kotlin

No need to check topfragment is callback target fragment, since these callback must be cancelled in fragment's lifecycle when DestroyView
