Subject: [PATCH] gwen: Stop tracking the SSH password file

The Windows build machine credential was committed in the rebrand
commit and is retained in history. Untrack it and ignore the path; the
machine has been decommissioned, but rotate the password and, if the
history needs to be scrubbed, rewrite it with git filter-repo.
