* Perform grouping even for repositories that have no main worktree
* Enable grouping for remote projects
* Delete entire project groups when deleting via the recent project
picker
Release Notes:
- Fixed a bug where each linked worktree appeared as its own entry in
recent projects for repositories without main worktrees
- Fixed a bug where deleting projects from the recent projects sometimes
appeared to have no effect.
The recent-projects picker, sidebar, welcome screen, and agent thread
store all called `recent_workspaces_on_disk`, which combined listing
with deleting stale rows. Its retention predicate rejected workspaces
with no on-disk directory, including empty workspaces holding unsaved
scratch buffers, and the resulting `delete_workspace_by_id` call
cascaded into `items`, `pane_groups`, and the per-editor tables. For
clarity, the method has been renamed to `recent_workspaces_for_ui`.
Meanwhile, `last_session_workspace_locations` used a slightly different
form of the same predicate. The two disagreeing on what counts as a
valid workspace caused #48799, `Workspace WorkspaceId(N) not found`
errors on repeated launches (#50409), the
`test_window_edit_state_restoring_enabled` flake (#50871), and the
foreign key constraint fail on `projects: open recent` with a dirty
scratch buffer (#51456).
Note that for the last issue mentioned (#51456) there is no save prompt
for scratch buffers. This seems out of scope for this PR so I'll fix
that after this is addressed.

All of the important changes are in
[`db.rs`](https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/pull/51809/changes#diff-2f644eab943bfa58feec29256281a3d9e8d4d7784cd34783e845af8beb15b16d).
Consider reading the commit log in order to review this work.
The DB crate's macro and API was changed to fix flakiness observed in
the MultiWorkspace tests when run locally. This flakiness was caused by
a shared `static LazyLock`, that caused concurrent test runs to interact
with the same underlying in-memory database. This flakiness wasn't
possible on CI due to it's usage of `cargo nextest`, whose
process-per-test approach masked this problem.
Essentially, I've changed the `static_connection` macro to remove the
static database variable and redone the internal model. Now, all
database types are thin wrappers around a generic `AppDatabase`. The
`AppDatabase` collects all of the individual table's migrations via the
`inventory` crate, and so only runs the migrations once on startup,
rather than a dozen times on startup.
The new API requires a `cx` so that we can replace the database returned
at runtime, rather than relying exclusively on a process-global
thread-local. However, we are still using a `static LazyLock` so that we
only need to take an `&App`, instead of an `&mut App`. These databases
types are `Clone + Send + Sync`, so you can easily capture-and-move the
database into background tasks and other places that don't have a `cx`.
For tests that require database isolation, it is now possible to set
their own database in init. See
[`workspace::init_test`](https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/pull/51809/changes#diff-041673bbd1947a35d45945636c0055429dfc8b5985faf93f8a8a960c9ad31e28R13610),
for the flakiness fix.
Best part, this change should be entirely compiler driven, so the Zed
agent was able to make the app-wide refactor easily.

The recent introduction of PathList removed some of the ordering logic
resulting in paths always being alphabetised.
This change restores the previous logic for sorting worktrees in a
project using the newer PathList type.

having a completely separate SSH representation
* [x] Adjust sqlite tables
* [x] `ssh_projects` -> `ssh_connections` (drop paths)
* [x] `workspaces.local_paths` -> `paths`
* [x] remove duplicate path columns on `workspaces`
* [x] Add migrations for backward-compatibility

While working on implementing `add_recent_documents` for Windows, I
found that the process is significantly more complex compared to macOS.
On macOS, simply registering the `add_recent_documents` function is
enough, as the system handles everything automatically.
On Windows, however, there are two cases to consider:
- **Files opened by the app**: These appear in the "Recent" section (as
shown in the screenshot, "test.txt") and are managed automatically by
Windows (by setting windows registry), similar to macOS.

- **Folders opened by the app**: This is more complicated because
Windows does not handle it automatically, requiring the application to
track opened folders manually.
To address this, this PR introduces a `History Manager` along with
`HistoryManagerEvent::Update` and `HistoryManagerEvent::Delete` events
to simplify the process of managing recently opened folders.
