Marshall Bowers ca6e1659eb Move Clippy configuration to the workspace level (#8891) 
This PR moves the Clippy configuration up to the workspace level.

We're using the [`lints`
table](https://doc.rust-lang.org/cargo/reference/workspaces.html#the-lints-table)
to configure the Clippy ruleset in the workspace's `Cargo.toml`.

Each crate in the workspace now has the following in their own
`Cargo.toml` to inherit the lints from the workspace:

```toml
[lints]
workspace = true
```

This allows for configuring rust-analyzer to show Clippy lints in the
editor by using the following configuration in your Zed `settings.json`:

```json
{
  "lsp": {
    "rust-analyzer": {
      "initialization_options": {
        "check": {
          "command": "clippy"
        }
      }
    }
  }
```

Thorsten Ballandbennetbo a556a9d3d5 Fix panic in fuzzy-finder for unicode characters (#7080) 
This fixes a panic in the fuzzy finder which someone ran into when
typing in a query that contained the lower-case version of a unicode
character that has more chars than its upper-case version.

It also fixes another problem which was that we didn't find a match if
both candidates and query contained upper-case characters whose
lower-case version had more chars.

queries containing upper-case unicode characters whose lower-case
version has more chars.

Max BrunsfeldandNathan Sobo 95010ee295 Rename worktree crate to project, pull in Project 
Also, move the high-level fuzzy mathcing functions in
zed::fuzzy into the fuzzy crate so that project can
use them.

This required defining a 'PathMatchCandidateSet' trait
to avoid a circular dependency from fuzzy to worktree.
