This PR adjusts the heading levels in the docs, as some of them weren't
following the right hierarchy.
I also formatted all of the docs with Prettier.

This PR cleans up some of the Zed meta docs.
Namely:
- Removed references to the `zed-industries/community` repository
- Removed old docs directory (it'll be in Git history if we need it)
