Fetch tag names for commits included in blame data and pass them through
the blame rendering path. Render tag names as chips in the blame hover
tooltip and expanded blame popover. Tag lookup is best-effort, so blame
still renders if tag lookup fails.
> Note: Tag names are currently only fetched for local repositories. For
remote projects (SSH) and collab sessions, blame data travels over the
`BlameBufferResponse` proto message, which doesn't carry tag names yet.
## Testing
- `cargo test -p git
test_parse_tag_names_for_lightweight_and_annotated_tags`
- `cargo check -p git_ui`
- `cargo check -p editor`
- `cargo check -p project`
Manual testing:
- Opened `git: blame` on a file with a tagged commit.
- Verified tag chips are shown in the blame hover tooltip and expanded
popover.

Extraction done from #53453
I removed the default Oid implementation we had and added support back
for SHA264 back as well. I also removed the hex dependency and just
added some of those functions we needed in house so we can avoid
building yet another dependency

Closes#49178
The context for this change is covered in #49178. Some language server
adapters are lazily registered; in remote development or collab
sessions, the local client fails to register these adapters, may causing
certain LSP features to function incorrectly. This PR is intended to
address that.
Release Notes:

Many editors such as vim and emacs support "modelines", a comment at the
beginning of the file that allows the file type to be explicitly
specified along with per-file specific settings
- The amount of configurations, style and settings mapping cannot be
handled in one go, so this opens up a lot of potential improvements.
- I left out the possiblity to have "zed" specific modelines for now,
but this could be potentially interesting.
- Mapping the mode or filetype to zed language names isn't obvious
either. We may want to make it configurable.
This is my first contribution to zed, be kind. I struggled a bit to find
the right place to add those settings. I use a similar approach as done
with editorconfig (merge_with_editorconfig). There might be better ways.
Closes#4762
Release Notes:
- Add basic emacs/vim modeline support.
Supersedes #41899, changes:
- limit reading to the first and last 1kb
- add documentation
- more variables handled
- add Arc around ModelineSettings to avoid extra cloning
- changed the way mode -> language mapping is done, thanks to
`modeline_aliases` language config
- drop vim ex: support
- made "Local Variables:" handling a separate commit, so we can drop it
easily
- various code style improvements

Remove the BreadcrumbText struct from workspace and use the existing
HighlightedText struct from the language crate instead. The per-segment
font field is replaced by returning an optional Font alongside the
segments from the breadcrumbs() method, since the font was always
uniform across all segments of a given item.

- Improved `editor::CopyFileLocation` command to include the full
selected line range (e.g. 'src/main.rs:12-18') when multiple lines are
selected, rather than only the first line number.
Before this PR we wouldn't always serialize workspaces when a
mutliworkspace adds/removes a workspace. This PR fixes this by adding a
test and calling serialization in remove

Fixes#36818
Release Notes:
- Added new `global_lsp_settings.request_timeout` setting to configure
the maximum timeout duration for LSP-related operations.
Code inspired by [prior
implementation](https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/pull/38443),
though with a few tweaks here & there (like using `serde:default` and
keeping the pre-defined constant in the LSP file).

Closes https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/issues/28091
Off in language settings by default: ` "lsp_folding_ranges": "off",`,
when enabled, disables tree-sitter indent-based folding and enables
fetching of LSP ones instead.
Falls back to tree-sitter if LSP-based one brings no results.
Release Notes:
- Added `textDocument/foldingRange` LSP support, use `
"lsp_folding_ranges": "on",` language settings to fetch and prefer the
LSP folds
Follow-up of https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/pull/46356
* better selection in highlights panel to show the color of the active
item
* no `DiffbaselessAnchor` entity to cause flickering and highlighting
issues
* react on theme and theme settings change and refresh semantic tokens
* do not eagerly flicker when refreshing the tokens
* do not show semantic tokens in the editor menu for non-applicable
buffers
