Richard Feldman b259b346bf Add context compaction markers (#58089) ...

Adds the flat context compaction marker data model and replays persisted
markers into native agent transcripts as static dividers. This lets
compacted thread boundaries deserialize, render, and export to Markdown
without enabling automatic compaction behavior yet.

- Improved agent threads to show restored context compaction dividers in
conversations
