<p>There are <span class="math-inline"><math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><mrow><mi>N</mi></mrow></math></span> teams participating in INC 2023. The team ranked in the <span class="math-inline"><math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><mrow><mi>i</mi></mrow></math></span><sup>th</sup> position is team <span class="math-inline"><math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><mrow><msub><mi>S</mi><mi>i</mi></msub></mrow></math></span>, representing institution <span class="math-inline"><math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><mrow><msub><mi>T</mi><mi>i</mi></msub></mrow></math></span>. It is known that the top <span class="math-inline"><math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><mrow><mi>M</mi></mrow></math></span> teams in INC 2023 are eligible to participate in The ICPC Asia Jakarta 2023.</p>

<p>Apart from the top <span class="math-inline"><math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><mrow><mi>M</mi></mrow></math></span> teams, <em>Golden Tickets</em> are given to at most top <span class="math-inline"><math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><mrow><mi>K</mi></mrow></math></span> teams for which their institutions are not in the top <span class="math-inline"><math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><mrow><mi>M</mi></mrow></math></span> of INC 2023. However, only <strong>at most one</strong> Golden Ticket will be given to each institution, and only the team with the highest rank in INC 2023 from each institution qualifies for the Golden Ticket. These Golden Tickets will allow them to participate in The ICPC Asia Jakarta 2023.</p>
