Update macOS provisioning profiles (#63161)

Update the Stable, Preview, Dev, and Nightly Developer ID provisioning
profiles to authorize the renewed Developer ID Application certificate.

The Dev and Nightly channels share the same App ID and regenerated
profile.

Verification:
- Confirmed all profiles authorize certificate serial
`0F5EFD4C811CF974BA2849312971F5CC`.
- Built the Stable Intel artifact through the signed and notarized CI
workflow.
- Confirmed the generated app signer matches the certificate authorized
by its embedded profile.
- Passed strict deep code-signature verification.
