Andres Suarez f0f3be7e41 project_panel: Add bold_folder_labels setting (#47631)
This setting brings Zed in parity with Sublime's `bold_folder_labels`.

The settings does just that, it makes directory labels bold. This
setting is
particularly useful for those who turn icons off, but do need a visual
queue (besides the chevron) to quickly tell apart files and folders.

Note: This PR depends on
https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/pull/47629.
Otherwise, the setting will appear to have no uneffect (unless you're
using a custom UI font). ZedSans has "bold" today, but that's too thick
for the project panel.

- Added `project_panel.bold_folder_labels` to show folder names with
bold text in the project panel (defaults to `false`).

Andres SuarezandDanilo Leal 91eb001e1b project: Add spinner while search is underway (#47620)
When there are no search results, it's clear that a search is still
ongoing because the landing page says "Searching...". However, once
there's at least one result found, it becomes completely unclear when
search is actually finished. This adds a spinner immediately to the
right of the result counter that stops once the search is finished.

Andres Suarez 5951632aad title_bar: Fix config merging to respect priority (#30980)
This is a follow-up to #30450 so that _global_ `title_bar` configs
shadow _defaults_. The way `SettingsSources::json_merge` works is by
considering non-json-nulls as values to propagate. So it's important
that configs be `Option<T>` so any intent in overriding values is
captured.

This PR follows the same `*Settings<FileContent = *SettingsContent>`
pattern used throughout to keep the `Option`s in the "settings content"
type with the finalized values in the "settings" type.
