Kirill Bulatov b02587f47b Pin miri to the version that does not fail (#64013)
Seems that a few PRs' CI start to fail with unrelated errors, e.g.
https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/actions/runs/34428484649/job/102747668773?pr=63933

```
warning: integer-to-pointer cast
    |         ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ integer-to-pointer cast
    = help: this program is using integer-to-pointer casts or (equivalently) `ptr::with_exposed_provenance`, which means that Miri might miss pointer bugs in this program
    = help: see https://doc.rust-lang.org/nightly/std/ptr/fn.with_exposed_provenance.html for more details on that operation
    = help: to ensure that Miri does not miss bugs in your program, use Strict Provenance APIs (https://doc.rust-lang.org/nightly/std/ptr/index.html#strict-provenance, https://crates.io/crates/sptr) instead
    = help: you can then set `MIRIFLAGS=-Zmiri-strict-provenance` to ensure you are not relying on `with_exposed_provenance` semantics
    = help: alternatively, `MIRIFLAGS=-Zmiri-permissive-provenance` disables this warning
    = note: this is on thread `tests::test_non`
    = note: stack backtrace:
```

That used to be the case before too:
https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/actions/runs/34360850759/job/102497345024#step:9:402
but with the recent version bump it became a hard error ergo this for
now.

No new parking lot releases yet:
https://github.com/Amanieu/parking_lot/pull/502 hence pin Miri to
version that does not fail for now.

Contributing

See CONTRIBUTING.md for ways you can contribute to Zed.

Also... we're hiring! Check out our jobs page for open roles.

Licensing

Zed source code is licensed primarily under GPL-3.0-or-later, with Apache-2.0 components where marked.

License information for third party dependencies must be correctly provided for CI to pass.

We use cargo-about to automatically comply with open source licenses. If CI is failing, check the following:

  • Is it showing a no license specified error for a crate you've created? If so, add publish = false under [package] in your crate's Cargo.toml.
  • Is the error failed to satisfy license requirements for a dependency? If so, first determine what license the project has and whether this system is sufficient to comply with this license's requirements. If you're unsure, ask a lawyer. Once you've verified that this system is acceptable add the license's SPDX identifier to the accepted array in script/licenses/zed-licenses.toml.
  • Is cargo-about unable to find the license for a dependency? If so, add a clarification field at the end of script/licenses/zed-licenses.toml, as specified in the cargo-about book.

Sponsorship

Zed is developed by Zed Industries, Inc., a for-profit company.

If you’d like to financially support the project, you can do so via GitHub Sponsors. Sponsorships go directly to Zed Industries and are used as general company revenue. There are no perks or entitlements associated with sponsorship.
