yenru0 d7c64f540b Gate Cronet engine behind enable_quic (default off) 
Cronet bypasses the OkHttp DNS/SSL stack and would nullify the
anti-DPI hooks. enable_quic is the effective engine switch.

- built-in hosts for exhentai/github (EhHostsConfig.kt)
- Cloudflare CDN suffix fallback for blocked domains (EhDns.kt)
- SNI spoofing to front host for domain-fronted TLS (EhSSLSocketFactory.kt)
