Prevent mobile browsers from dismissing the software keyboard during
touch handling, and only activate the keyboard when a touch targets an
editable text input. On iOS, the hidden IME element is made editable
before it receives focus so the keyboard can reopen after interacting
with non-editable controls or dismissing it manually.

Deliver the DOM paste event as a full ClipboardItem (text and image
files) through a new InputHandler::paste hook instead of inserting only
plain text, and add Platform::read_from_clipboard_async so app-initiated
paste (e.g. a custom context menu) can use the browser's asynchronous,
permission-gated clipboard API. Desktop platforms are unaffected: the
async read defaults to a ready task wrapping the synchronous read, and
the paste hook defaults to plain-text insertion.

Adds streaming support to the web `FetchHttpClient`: response bodies are
now read incrementally via the Fetch `ReadableStream` API instead of
being buffered whole with `arrayBuffer()`, enabling streaming responses
(e.g. LLM completions) on web. A bounded channel propagates
backpressure, and dropping the body cancels the browser-side stream.

Use `web_time::Instant` instead of `std::time::Instant` when advancing
scrollbar animations. This uses the web platform's compatible clock in
WASM builds.
Release Notes:

Browser Fetch APIs must run on the main thread, while GPUI image loading
can invoke its HTTP client from background WASM workers. This routes
`FetchHttpClient` requests through the web dispatcher's main-thread
mailbox, installs the client by default for web applications, and
removes thread-affine browser state from the safely movable dispatcher.
Release Notes:

Adds configurable browser Fetch credential handling to `gpui_web`.
`FetchHttpClient` can now use `omit`, `same-origin`, or `include`,
allowing cross-origin WASM requests to send session cookies while
preserving `same-origin` as the default.

Skip intrinsic TSX/JSX tag names when gathering identifiers for edit
prediction context.
I bisected a TypeScript regression to
https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/pull/49748. That change caused
edit prediction context to query `definition` / `typeDefinition` for
lowercase JSX tags like `p`, which could trigger incorrect unversioned
TypeScript diagnostics, such as `Cannot find name 'p'`.
This change filters those intrinsic tag names out while still keeping
user-defined component tags like `Component`.

Closes#51316
Release Notes:
- Fixed a TypeScript issue that could show incorrect diagnostics caused
by edit prediction context lookups.

Updates the image heights to auto on the docs pages, so that they don't
get squishy and keep their correct aspect ratio.

Fixes an issue where syntax highlighting would be incorrect in certain
cases for JS, because of duplicate keyword definitions.
Release Notes:
- Fixed issue where certain keywords were incorrectly highlighted in JS
files
Closes#45251
In https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/pull/44532 the syntax
highlighting of JS/TS was improved, but we only used `type.builtin` for
a specific case. This resulted in less consistent syntax highlighting.
Not all themes have this specific token and we don't use `type.builtin`
in other places either, so while this is a little less specific it is
more consistent.
Release Notes:
- Improved syntax highlighting consistency for builtins in JavaScript
and TypeScript
Closes#44904
Adds the Tailwind CSS LSP as suggested here:
https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/pull/39517#issuecomment-3368206678.
This allows users to use the Tailwind CSS LSP for CSS files, to support
Tailwind specific rules.
Docs will be added in a separate PR after this is released
Release Notes:
- Add Tailwind CSS Mode support, for Tailwind specific CSS rules like
`@apply`, `@layer`, and `@theme`.
Closes#43355
Fixes the issue were code actions with long labels would get cut off
without being able to see the full description. We now properly truncate
those labels with an ellipsis and show the full description in an aside.
Release Notes:
- Added ellipsis to truncated code actions and an aside showing the full
action description.
Fixes an issue where we would update the imports after a file rename in
TypeScript, but those changes wouldn't surface anywhere until those
buffers were manually opened
(https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/issues/35930#issuecomment-3366852945).
In https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/pull/36681 we already added
support for opening a multibuffer with edits, but vtsls has a different
flow for renames.
Release Notes:
- Files with updated imports now open in a multibuffer when renaming or
moving TypeScript or JavaScript files
Closes#35930
When a TypeScript file is renamed or moved, vtsls can automatically
update the imports in other files. It pops up a message with the option
to always automatically update imports. This choice would previously
only be remembered for the current session and would pop up again after
a restart.
Now we persist that choice to the vtsls LSP settings in Zed, so that it
remembers across editor sessions.
Release Notes:
- When renaming a TypeScript or JavaScript file, the selected option to
automatically update imports will now be remembered across editor
sessions.
Reverts zed-industries/zed#43437
Internally we noticed some regression related to removed query for
PascalCase identifiers. Reverting now to prevent this from going to
preview, still planning to land this with the necessary fixes later.
